Zome ACETECH 2026 Rewards

1.⁠ ⁠5g Silver Coin (Dealer Referral)

Qualified Referral: A "successful referral" is defined as a new dealer introduced by you who completes a registration and places an initial order of 1 lakh with full upfront payment during the event.
Disbursement: The 5g silver coin will be handed over to the referrer only after the referred dealer’s payment has been cleared/verified by the Zome accounts team.

2.⁠ ⁠10g Silver Coin (New Dealer Sign-up)

Eligibility: This offer is exclusive to first-time dealers signing up with Zome at ACETECH Hyderabad 2026.

Minimum Order Value: A minimum Purchase Order (PO) of ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees) is required.

Payment Term: The 10g silver coin is strictly contingent upon 100% upfront payment (via Cheque, UPI, or Bank Transfer) made at the time of the order during the exhibition (Jan 23rd–25th 2026).

Collection: The coin will be issued at the stall once the payment transaction is confirmed.

3.⁠ ⁠10% Extra Discount (Bulk Orders)

Threshold: Applicable on all Purchase Orders totaling ₹3,00,000 (Three Lakhs Rupees) or more.

Upfront Requirement: This discount is applied to the invoice provided that the total discounted amount is paid upfront during the exhibition period.

Calculation: The 10% discount is calculated on the base price (pre-GST). GST will be applicable on the final discounted value.

4.⁠ ⁠General Terms

Validity: All offers are valid only for transactions initiated and completed at Hall No. 1, Stall D22 between January 23rd and 25th, 2026.

No Cash Alternatives: Silver coins cannot be exchanged for cash or additional discounts.

Order Modifications: If an order is cancelled or the payment is reversed post-event, the dealer is liable to return the silver coin or the equivalent market value will be debited from their account.

Documentation: A valid GST certificate and ID proof are mandatory for all participants to claim rewards.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

Zome extends this warranty exclusively to the original purchaser for personal household use, applicable only to products installed at their first place of installation. This warranty is non-transferable.

The warranty period begins from the invoice date. To claim your warranty, a valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required. Please keep your invoice and warranty card safe.

All repair or replacement services will be carried out by Zome’s authorized service centres or service partners.


SERVICE & REPAIR TERMS

Travel and transportation costs associated with service personnel, pickup, or return of products or components will be borne entirely by the customer. Zome is not liable for damages caused during transit.


WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not apply in the following situations:

1. Improper Use or External Factors

  • Negligence, misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Improper installation or failure to follow installation/care instructions

  • Hard water damage, mineral deposits, or exposure to corrosive materials

  • Use of abrasive cleaners, bleach, chlorine, ammonia, alcohol, steel wool, wire brushes, etc.

  • Alteration of the product or repairs by unauthorized personnel

2. Costs Not Included

  • Labour charges for removal or reinstallation

  • Any incidental or consequential losses (delay, property damage, loss of use, etc.)

3. Replacement Components

The company may replace defective parts with functionally new parts. Replaced components may vary slightly in shade or finish due to natural ageing of existing parts.

4. Unauthorized Repairs or Damage

If the product is found tampered with, mishandled, repaired by unauthorised personnel, or misused, warranty becomes void and repairs will be chargeable.


REPLACEMENT POLICY

If a full product replacement is approved (entirely at Zome’s discretion), the same model will be provided. If discontinued, a model of equivalent value at the original purchase price will be offered.

For coloured internal/external parts, an exact shade match cannot be guaranteed due to natural wear over time.


SERVICE TIMELINES

While Zome aims to attend to service requests at the earliest, no fixed turnaround time is guaranteed.


GST INVOICE POLICY

GST details submitted during checkout cannot be modified once the order has been dispatched.


LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

This warranty does not cover:

  • Demonstration or installation services

  • Washers, rubber components, springs, or other plastic accessories

  • Damage caused by RO reject water on sinks or waste pipes

  • Third-party components affecting product performance

  • Corrosion of stainless steel due to toxic sewage gases or hard water

After the warranty period, or in cases not deemed manufacturing defects, standard labour and parts charges apply.

Any dispute will be subject to mediation first, and if unresolved, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure water supply lines are clean before installing any Zome faucet.

  • Avoid draining RO reject water into regular sinks or waste pipes; direct it to an appropriate drain.

DISCOUNT & REFUND POLICY

If a discount was applied to your original order using a coupon and you return part of that order, the refund amount will be reduced by the discount value (if the return makes the order fall below the minimum required value for that coupon).

Products purchased at a specific price are not eligible for price adjustments or refunds if the product goes on sale later.


WARRANTY TIMELINE & VALIDATION

To claim warranty, the following must be shared via email/WhatsApp:

  • Invoice (proof of purchase)

  • Order ID

  • Images & video of the issue

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

If a product needs replacement, the customer must bear one-side shipping charges for sending the defective item back.


WARRANTY NOT APPLICABLE IF:

  1. The original invoice/warranty card is not presented.

  2. Installation does not follow Zome guidelines.

  3. Site conditions do not meet recommended specifications.

  4. Damage is due to misuse, negligence, poor maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

  5. Hard water corrosion, chemical exposure, phenyl, acid, or cleaning agents cause damage.

  6. The product is used with unsupported third-party components.

  7. Damage is caused by pests (rats, cockroaches, lizards, etc.).

  8. RO reject water has caused rusting or corrosion.

  9. The product is purchased from an unauthorized dealer.

This warranty ends automatically at the end of the warranty period, regardless of usage duration.

1. Submit Request

Share the invoice, order ID, and photos/videos of the issue via Email or WhatsApp.

A Zome support executive will contact you within 24–48 hours.
