Terms & Conditions for Clearance Sale 

1.⁠ No warranty will be provided for any products purchased under the clearance sale.

2.⁠ ⁠No guarantee of quality, performance, or longevity of the products bought at clearance prices.

3.⁠ ⁠Service or repairs for the products purchased in the clearance sale will not be available.

4.⁠ Spare parts or replacements for the products sold in the clearance sale will not be offered.

5. Zome India – Jainil Bath Tech reserves the right to accept, deny any condition, clause, and their decision will be final and binding in matters of dispute.

Order Cancellation, Returns & Replacement Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of order confirmation.
• No cancellation charges apply within this period.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours, regardless of dispatch status.
• Orders already shipped or out for delivery are not eligible for cancellation.
• Certain products may have specific cancellation terms mentioned at the time of ordering.
• If Zome India or its authorised dealer cancels a prepaid order due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued without any additional compensation.
• Zome India reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests and amend this policy without prior notice.

2. Returns & Replacement Policy

• Return or replacement eligibility may vary by product category.
• Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.
• Any damage, shortage, or mismatch must be reported on the same day of delivery during working hours.
• Transit-damaged products must be reported at the time of delivery to the authorised dealer.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition with packaging and accessories.
• Installed, altered, or mishandled products are not eligible for return or replacement.
• Requests raised after one day from delivery may not be entertained.

3. General Terms

• The decision of Zome India shall be final and binding in all matters related to cancellations, returns, and replacements.
• This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Zome India (Jainil Bath Tech) without prior notice.
